The LEAD program, for female ASGE members in early gastroenterology careers (1-5 years post-Fellowship), aims to develop diverse junior talents for leadership roles in academia or private practice and within ASGE. Limited to 15 participants, it demands time and energy, involving mandatory webinars, networking, and educational sessions for membership.

*ASGE will cover travel costs to attend the Leadership Retreat in Downers Grove, IL in June 2025, but participants will be expected to attend and fund their own travel and participation at the DDW Annual Meeting in May 2025. This leadership program represents a major investment in talent development for ASGE.
